Local Orders We mail out all parcels after they have arrived in Singapore (for preorders) or after verification of payment (for instock) the following working day. Please take note that working days are Mondays to Fridays. Singpost does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays. Items will usually arrive within 2-4 working days. Free normal postage for mailing list subscribers. It is highly advisable to top up an additional S$2.24 for registered postage to prevent loss of parcel. Please email us to obtain your registered article number. This can be used to track your parcel if it failed to reach you on time. The postman will deliver the registered parcel to your house. If nobody is at home, he will leave a collection slip at your doorstep for you to collect the parcel at your nearest post office. Nickel Row will not be responsible for any lost parcels through normal postage.
Overseas Orders We accept international orders. We ship worldwide via airmail, it usually takes 4-6 working days. Shipping prices are at a flat rate of S$15 for an item and S$5 for any additional item. Please do not hesitate to email us at nickelrow@gmail.com if you have any queries.
Pricing Prices of items displayed for sale on the website are non-negotiable and are inclusive of normal local postage only. For registered local postage please top up S$2.24.
Payment Options Nickel Row currently accepts payment via DBS/ POSB/ UOB bank transfers and Paypal. For ATM transfers, please email us (nickelrow@gmail.com) a snapshot of your receipt. We take fraud cases seriously and will not be hesitant to report it to the relevant authorities. Product Information All items are brand new unless otherwise stated. Nickel Row makes sure items are in good condition before mailing them out. All sizes and measurements stated on the website are also of the best approximation. Images of the products published on the website are also displayed as accurately as possible. However, colors may differ on various monitor screens, we cannot guarantee the item you received will be 100% of what you have expected. Of course, we do not allow major mistakes. If you ordered black and it turned out to be grey, it's our mistake amd we will do a full refund. Exchange & Refund Policy Nickel Row only does refunds or exchanges for any defective items if it is being mailed to us within 7 working days after we have mailed out the item. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchanges. For items that are deemed defective by Nickel Row, we will exchange it for the same item if there are still stocks available or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. We strictly do not entertain refunds or exchanges for items that are purposely defected by customers or for items that does not fit. Privacy Policy While shopping at Nickel Row, you may want to subscribe to its mailing list and make orders through the website. Private information will hence be collected in the process. These information such as names, email addresses, mailing addresses and phone numbers are used strictly for ordering, transaction and email updates purposes only. Nickel Row operates on a secure server. After each transaction is made, private information such as credit card numbers will not be stored on our server. Nickel Row respects and protects the information collected from its online customers. Unless required by law, Nickel Row will not disclose information of our customers to third parties.
